TERMS & CONDITIONS:
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the internet and related services offered through ApexCtrl. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the service provider responsible for delivering your selected service through the ApexCtrl platform. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All broadband plans are intended for residential/home use only and may be subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), where applicable.
All plans, pricing, offers, bundled services, and OTT subscriptions are subject to availability at selected locations.
Charges are payable in advance. All payments, including installation, activation, router, and device charges (where applicable), are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
GST and other applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations unless otherwise specified.
Internet and Wi-Fi speeds are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary depending on network conditions, Wi-Fi coverage, customer equipment, and connected devices.
Promotional offers, discounts, bundled benefits, and tariff plans are available for a limited period and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Valid mobile number and email address are mandatory to activate and manage OTT subscriptions or other digital services.
Fiber (FTTH) connectivity is mandatory for plans of 100 Mbps and above or wherever technically required.
OTT services are provided by third-party platforms. Content availability, features, pricing, supported devices, or subscriptions may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without prior notice.
Static/Public IP addresses, where allotted, shall only be used for the purpose for which they are assigned. Unauthorized, illegal, abusive, or security-threatening use may result in suspension or termination of the service.
The customer is solely responsible for all activities performed using the assigned IP address and shall be liable for any damages or losses resulting from its use.
Misuse of the service, including piracy, illegal activities, spamming, hacking, network abuse, or unauthorized resale of residential connections, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Failure to pay charges by the due date may result in suspension or disconnection of services.
Planned maintenance, network upgrades, force majeure events, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use our services, including the use of assigned IP addresses.
Our tariff plans and services are designed to comply with applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), wherever applicable.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or withdraw any plan, pricing, offer, bundled benefit, OTT subscription, service, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to regularly check our website for the latest updates.
Continued use of our services after any modification to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
